The Spirit Of Dance was established in 2004 by our founder Lisa O'Sullivan. S.O.D started out in one location at McEachern Methodist, it was Lisa's desire to teach dance while being able to teach about God's love for us & show others how we can worship God through our dancing! She started with just a few small classes & since then she left it in God's hands as to what He wants to do with The Spirit Of Dance. Now with our own studio building, and teaching out of several local churches and schools, we are in complete awe of what God has done with our studio! He has led many wonderful teachers, planners & choreographers here that share the same passion for God & dance. We will continue to follow His lead & take us wherever He wants us to go!
